All items are made-to-order (because basic is not our thing).

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Each piece is printed just for you using our trusted production partners

  • Production time usually takes 2–5 business days

👉 No warehouses. No dust. Just fresh prints made for you.

📦 Shipping Time

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production

🌍 International

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days

  • Depends on your location (and how fast customs decides to behave)

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location

  • We sometimes run free shipping promos (because we’re nice like that)

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

👉 Stalk your package. We fully support it.

🌎 Customs & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply

  • These are set by your country (not us, unfortunately)

👉 Customers are responsible for any additional charges

⏳ Shipping Delays

We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes things happen:

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs being… customs

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses

  • If your order is returned, you may need to pay additional shipping to resend it

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos if applicable

We’ll make it right — no stress.

Because all items are made-to-order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind
