📦 Order Changes & Cancellations
All of our products are made-to-order, which means production begins shortly after your order is placed.
You may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund
📬 Shipping & Delivery
All items are produced and shipped from our partner facilities. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs, or peak seasons are outside of our control.
❗ Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The order is lost in transit
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
